Services Offered

We specialize in home-cooked meals delivered fresh. Offerings include lunch, dinner, custom diet-specific options, and flexible subscription meal plans.

Ordering Policy

  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellation must be done at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payments can be made through UPI, card, or cash-on-delivery (select locations only).
  • Meal plans or subscriptions must be paid upfront.

Delivery Terms

  • Deliveries are made as per your selected time slot.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by external factors (weather, traffic, etc.).
  • Once delivered, food safety becomes the customer’s responsibility.

Refund & Return Policy

  • Refunds are only processed if there is a quality or delivery issue verified by our team.
  • No returns are accepted once the meal is delivered.
  • For complaints, contact our support within 2 hours of receiving the meal.

  • No refunds for missed/late cancellations.

Food is made in a home kitchen. While hygiene is a priority, we can’t guarantee an allergen-free food unless get prior note on order placing.
